Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and post-graduated in Business Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), with extension courses at INSEAD and At Harvard University, Mr. Alexandre Mafra began his career at Ambev, where he remained for 13 years and took several executive positions. Mr. Mafra also served as CFO and Director of Human Totvs, as CEO of São Miguel, holding company 3 Corações, where he also assumed the position of Board Member, and in recent years served as Managing Director and CFO of the Private Equity area of Pátria Investimentos, as a member of the Board of Directors of Lavoro Agro, Athena Saúde, Alphaville Urbanismo and Tenco Shoppings Center and as CFO of Focus Energia.

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a lawyer enrolled in OAB/SP, Clara Brandileone is the current Compliance Coordinator of ClearSale, having passed through the department. Legal firm, with experience in criminal law and technology companies and startups. He is a specialist (lato sensu) in Digital Law and Data Protection by the Brazilian Law School (EBRADI). She holds a Professional Certification in Anti-Corruption Compliance (CPC-A) by Legal Ethics Compliance (LEC), is an effective member of the Special Compliance Committee of OAB/SP, the National Association of Lawyers for Digital Law (ANADD), and also an associate of the Compliance Women Committee (CWC).

Leonardo Ferraz is Director of People and has more than 14 years of experience in the human resources area working in health, consumer goods and technology companies. He has worked for more than 7 years at Unilever, working in management positions with national, regional and global focus. Most recently he led and structured the Areas of Training, Culture and People Analytics at 99, where he also served as a Business Partner in key areas. Leonardo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo with an exchange at EDHEC Business School in Lille, France and a participation in the HR Innovation Experience in Silicon Valley, promoted by SHRM in California, USA.

Maria Isabel is Director of Legal and Corporate Governance and has more than 20 years of experience in the Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance areas working in publicly and closed companies. Was Legal Director and Corporate Governance for 17 years at Airbus Group in Brazil as responsible for the Legal and Compliance of subsidiaries in Brazil and support to divisions in Europe and other countries. Acted as Head of Juridico and Global Compliance in the Listed Brazilian multinational, Valid S/A, with strong performance in the group's corporate movement (Brazil and abroad), M&As, legal management and compliance. It is formed in law by the Pontifica Católica University of Campinas, with post-graduation in Administrative Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and specialization in training for the Board of Directors and Governance corporate governance by IBCG.

Pedro Francisco Ourique de Carvalho Pedro Ourique is Human Resources Manager, has 9 years of experience in the area and has led several subsystems in publicly and closed companies in the consumer goods and technology markets. It was Busines Partner and National Training and Development Specialist at Ambev, acted in several compliance cases as part of the function. He served as Head of HR in startup, creating the code of conduct together with the legal team and participated in the ethics committee. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas.

Sanchez is Executive Commercial Director and has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Technology, Information Security and Payment Methods. He was Commercial Director at Gemalto, responsible for the Commercial and Digital Sales of the subsidiaries in the Southern Cone for the Financial Market segments. He also served as Commercial Director at the French multinational Thales, responsible for the Financial Market segment for the subsidiary Brazil. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering (FEI) of São Bernardo do Campo, with an MBA in IT Strategy and Operation from Senac.
