Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting from São Judas University and with an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Business School São Paulo, Mr. Valdemir has a solid 30-year professional experience in leading market companies such as Cargill, Pepsico, and Hilton.

Mr. Valdemir started his career at Hilton Worldwide as Senior Accountant, where he stayed for 3 years. He then worked as Controller at Cargill for 12 years. At Pepsico, he held various executive positions, including CFO, Business Process and Transformation Director, and Controller, totaling 13 years and 8 months with the company.

In recent years, Valdemir was CFO of Serasa Experian Brazil for nearly eight years and is currently the company's CEO. He is also the President of ANBC (National Association of Credit Bureaus) and a member of the Strategic Committee of CEOs at Amcham (American Chamber of Commerce).
 

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel) and post-graduated in Economic and Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), with an Executive MBA from IBMEC São Paulo and a concluding module at Darden School of Business, Mr. Sergio began his career at Grupo Santander and Amil, where he gained extensive experience in corporate law.

Mr. Sergio also served as Legal Director at Itaú, the largest bank in Latin America, where he led large multidisciplinary teams and handled critical corporate and regulatory litigation issues. During this period, he also took on a leadership role in Febraban (Brazilian Federation of Banks).

Since September 2014, Mr. Sergio is General Counsel for Experian in Latin America, responsible for Legal and Government Affairs in Brazil and Statutory Director of Serasa Experian. He is also a member of the ANBC (National Association of Credit Bureaus) Board.

Among his achievements at Experian, notable highlights include eliminating $800 million in liabilities due to victories in credit score cases at the Brazilian Federal Court and renegotiating attorney fees, resulting in $34 million in savings. He led the credit bureau sector in providing legal and legislative support for the implementation of the new Positive Credit Law and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil. Additionally, he provided legal support for various mergers and acquisitions operations in recent years.

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), with executive extension courses in Marketing Strategy from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Services Marketing from IBMEC, and Human Resources Strategy and Management from FGV, Mr. Flávio has over 20 years of experience in large and medium-sized companies, national and multinational, in the IT, Consulting, and Services segments, operating in Brazil and abroad.
Mr. Flávio started his career as an intern at Ipiranga Petróleo e Distribuição and as a trainee and HR analyst at Banco Nacional and Unibanco (currently Banco Itaú). Later, he worked at Accenture as HR Manager and Consultant, where he led projects in organizational change, organizational design, people performance, and transformation.
At Avanade, Mr. Flávio was responsible for starting up operations in Brazil, leading HR, Marketing, and Institutional Communication areas. He then worked at TOTVS for 15 years, holding various positions, including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communication, Director of International Markets and Global Expansion, Director of Business Strategy and Sales, Channels, and Marketing, and Vice President of Business Models, Channels, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Since April 2019, Mr. Flávio is Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America at Serasa Experian in São Paulo, Brazil. His key competencies include structuring and leading multidisciplinary teams, transforming areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Channels, Partnerships, Business Models, and Market Strategies, with a focus on achieving results in environments of constant change and technological advancements.
